Before joining Hanling, Mr. Chen has worked in an international law firm’s Shanghai office and Tokyo office as well as the tax team of an international accounting firm group’s consulting company. Mr. Chen is specialized and experienced in the areas of foreign direct investment, finance lease, dispute resolution and employment. After joining Hanling, Mr. Chen will continue to leverage his professional skills and experience in providing high quality legal services to clients.
