Hanling has assisted an international healthcare company in its formation of a strategic alliance with a Chinese financial holdings company. The amount of this deal has exceeded 1 billion RMB and consists of a series of transactions including capital investment in foreign country, establishment of joint-venture both in and outside of China and reorganization of existing business entities in China.
The scheme of this case was complicated that involves legal matters related to various aspects of different jurisdictions. Hanling has mainly advised and assisted to the legal matters in relation to the laws of mainland China including the areas of company law, foreign direct investment law, pharmaceutical law, environment protection, compliance and employment.
