Represented an IT consulting company in a series of technology service arbitrations and invalidation petition of arbitration award. 

Represented in a company's shareholder's right to information dispute, VAM agreement dispute and civil money lending dispute. 

Assisted several Japanese trading companies and Chinese investment funds in their investments into logistic and cargo transportation company, e-commerce company and paper mill.

Assisted an investor's due diligence investigation into a state-owned finance lease company as well as provide legal analysis regarding risks in such company's finance lease and factoring business. 

Provide legal advice to a finance lease company with respect to the feasibility and legal compliance of a new type of finance lease business.

Assisted in retention services to several finance lease companies, factoring companies, private equity funds and foreign invested companies.

Assisted in handling the dissolution, employees' replacement scheme and other employment related matters of companies from various industries including automobile decoration, electronic material, metal manufacturing, design and electronic device manufacturing.
